Victoria Nielsen

Victoria Nielsen has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Victoria began their career at Phonera Företag AB as a Back Office/Administrator/Retention assistant, where they were responsible for assessing the quality of outgoing sales calls and compiling reports. After working there for two years, Victoria moved on to Bravura Sverige, where they served as a Recruitment Assistant, supporting and sometimes leading the entire recruitment process. Victoria worked closely with sales and payroll departments and maintained communication with consultants. Subsequently, they joined Academic Work as a Consultant Manager, overseeing the employment and well-being of approximately 50 consultants while maintaining client relationships and managing recruitment processes. Victoria then transitioned to Mediate Nordic AB as a Bemanningskonsult before returning to Bravura Sverige as a Recruiter. Most recently, Victoria has taken on the role of Recruiting Group Manager at Bravura Sverige.
