Kirsten Dodd has extensive work experience in the legal staffing industry. Kirsten began their career in 2002 as a Research Analyst at the State of Maryland Judiciary (AOC), where they performed trend analyses and managed caseloads for Circuit Court judges. In 2006, they joined Synergy Legal Staffing as a Placement Director, specializing in electronic discovery and contract attorney placement. Kirsten was responsible for screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing client requests. In 2017, Kirsten joined The Partners Group as a Recruiting Director. Currently, they hold the position of Recruiting Director at Legalpeople, where they provide strategic and customized staffing solutions for law firms and corporations.
Kirsten Dodd's education history begins in 1995 when they enrolled at the Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business at Clemson University. Kirsten pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and completed their studies in 1999. Later, in 2000, Kirsten continued their education at Clemson University, this time pursuing a Master of Science degree in Applied Sociology. Their studies lasted until 2002.
