Jennifer Shreffler

Jennifer Shreffler, PMP, currently serves as the Director of Contract Management at Bray Architects since November 2024 and as the Chief Operating Officer at More Space Place Asheville since June 2022. Shreffler has a robust background in strategic management, evidenced by a tenure as Senior Contract Manager at Kearfott Corporation and previous roles including Chief Operating Officer at Land Intelligence, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed business strategy execution and team leadership. With significant experience at Earth Fare, including roles such as Director of Business Planning and Director of Real Estate Operations, Shreffler drove initiatives that resulted in considerable sales growth and operational improvements. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from the Cameron School of Business at UNC Wilmington and a BS in Industrial Design from Appalachian State University.
