Katoia Wilkins

Katoia Wilkins has extensive experience in contract management and program coordination, currently serving as the Director of Contract Management for the City of Jacksonville since October 2016, overseeing the Contract Management Team and programs funded by Kids Hope Alliance. Prior roles include Director of Juvenile Justice Prevention and Intervention Programs and Contract Manager at Jacksonville System of Care, along with various positions in education, counseling, and criminal justice across several colleges and organizations. Katoia holds a Master's in Education from Cleveland State University, a Master's of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of North Florida, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
