Kevin Sullivan, PE, HERS Rater, is a seasoned engineering and consulting professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Partner and the Director of Engineering at BRAYN Consulting LLC since June 2015, Kevin specializes in assisting CPA firms and their clients to optimize tax incentives related to R&D, energy efficiency, and fuel excise tax recovery. Additionally, Kevin is a Managing Partner at Local Growth Holdings, focusing on commercial real estate investments.
