Jesse Hoobler is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the technology services sector. Currently serving as an Advisory Board Member for the Technology & Services Industry Association (TSIA) since April 2022, Jesse provides thought leadership focused on "born in the cloud" technology firms. As Senior Vice President of Global Services and Support at Braze since July 2018, Jesse leads a robust Professional Services organization dedicated to enhancing customer experiences and engagement. Previously, Jesse held several key leadership roles at Pitney Bowes from 2011 to 2018, including Vice President of Global Sales Engineering, where globalizing technical sales teams and improving client support were primary initiatives. Educational credentials include an MBA from The College of Saint Rose and executive education from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
