Karen Fox is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in strategic account management and customer experience. Currently serving as a Global Strategic Account Executive at Braze since October 2021, Karen previously held senior roles at Shopify Plus, where recognition included the EMEA MVP Sales and EMEA Revenue Architect Awards in 2021, and Oracle, focusing on customer experience solutions for the UK retail industry. Prior roles at Telefonica included progression from Junior Supervisor to Team Manager, earning accolades such as 'Young Sales Manager of The Year' in 2015. Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Maynooth University and has furthered education through the Cambridge Judge Business School.
