Warrick Godfrey

Warrick Godfrey is currently the VP, Industry Solutions at Braze. Prior to this, they were the Senior Regional Marketing Director - MENA at Amazon from January 2017 to December 2019. Before that, they were the Senior Regional Marketing Director at Souq.com from January 2016 to December 2017. Warrick Godfrey began their career at Facebook as the Ecommerce & Retail CP - Sub-Saharan Africa from June 2013 to October 2014. In this role, they were responsible for leading advertiser partnerships for Facebook’s products and advertising solutions across the Sub-Saharan Africa region. Warrick then moved on to Namshi.com as the Chief Marketing Officer in January 2014, where they led the marketing function and directed the overall strategic direction of the company’s brand and marketing efforts.

In March 2015, Warrick joined fetchr as the Director of Marketing, and then moved on to Souq.com in January 2016 as the Senior Regional Marketing Director. Warrick took on their current role as Senior Regional Marketing Director - MENA at Amazon in January 2017.

Warrick Godfrey's educational career includes a GAP in marketing from The Open University, a GAIQ in marketing from Google Analytics, and certification from Reforge in Monetization & Pricing Deep Dive, Retention & Engagement Deep Dive, and Growth Series.
