Will Crocker Hay

Will Crocker Hay is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer engagement, education, and leadership. Currently serving as VP of Customer and Partner Education at Braze, a comprehensive customer engagement platform, Will has held various senior roles focused on customer success and marketing since joining the company in July 2013. Previously, Will was a Founding LP at Success Venture Partners starting in January 2024 and taught 6th grade math at Teach for America from May 2011 to June 2013, earning recognition for contributions to technology integration in the classroom. Will also has experience in competitive debate as Head Coach of the Brown Debate Team, leading the team to national success, and as Program Manager for the Boston Debate League, mentoring students and overseeing a large after-school program. Will holds a B.S. in History from Northeastern University and furthered education at Boston University.
