William Palmer currently serves as the Director of Data Science, AI Deployment at Braze, having transitioned into this role in June 2025. Prior to this position, William held various titles including Director of ML Implementation and Senior Manager of Forward-Deployed Data Science at OfferFit by Braze from August 2022 to June 2025.
