Previously, Jess served as a Junior Creative at Brazen PR and Good Relations, achieving significant new business wins through an insight-led approach. Prior experience includes roles at Saatchi & Saatchi UK and School of Communication Arts 2.0, along with a stint as a Communication Trainer at ECSPLICITE. Jess also worked as an English Teacher under the Japanese Exchange and Teaching Programme and has a background in sales at Brambletye Fruit Farm. Jess holds a Bachelor of Arts in Drama, Applied Theatre, and Education from The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.
