Areli Nogueira

Areli Nogueira has an extensive work history in the mining and geology industry. Areli began their career in 2008 as a Geotechnical Engineer at Dm Geologia E Geotecnia. From there, they worked as a Mine and Exploration Geologist at USIMINAS and later as a Mining Technical Course Coordinator at CECON Rede de Ensino. In 2010, they joined the Departamento Nacional de Produção Mineral as a Mineral Resources Specialist/Geology. Areli then worked as an Exploration Geologist at SRN Mineração and as a Mining Engineering Professor at UNIFIPMoc - Centro Universitário FIPMoc.

In 2015, they joined GeoEspinhaço Consultoria Mineral as a Senior Geologist and Specialist in Mining Law. Areli also co-founded MineXplore and served as the Technical Director.

In 2018, Areli started working at Atlas Lithium Corporation as a Senior Exploration Geologist and later became the Vice President of Mineral Exploration. Areli also served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Jupiter Gold Corp.

Throughout their career, Areli Nogueira has demonstrated expertise in mineral exploration, geology, mining law, and teaching. Their work experience spans a diverse range of roles and responsibilities, contributing to their comprehensive understanding of the industry.

Areli Nogueira received a Bachelor's Degree in Geological Engineering/Geology from Escola De Minas in 2003-2007. They went on to obtain a Master's Degree in Geology and Earth Sciences from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro between 2016 and 2018. They also pursued postgraduate degrees in Mining-Metallurgical Systems from UFOP - Universidade Federal de Ouro Preto (2008-2010), Remote Sensing from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (2013-present), and Mining Law from CEDIN Educacional (2020-2021). Areli completed a Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering from Escola De Minas between 2018 and 2021 and is currently pursuing a Doctor's Degree in Applied Geology and Lithium Prospecting Methods from Universidade do Porto (2022-present). They also completed a Postgraduate Degree in Geotechnologies and GIS Development from PUC Minas in 2023-2024. Additionally, Areli has obtained various certifications in relevant areas such as ArcGIS Pro, English proficiency, and economic geology.
