Brazilian Nickel
Matheus Coelho currently serves as the Procurement and Contracts Director at Brazilian Nickel since May 2025. Previous roles include Gerente de Suprimentos at Mineração Morro do Ipê S.A and Porto Sudeste from June 2021 to May 2025, and Head of Procurement and Supply Management for South America and Brazil at thyssenkrupp from May 2018 to June 2021. Matheus also held the position of Gerente de Suprimentos at Brio Gold and Ferrous Resources do Brasil from December 2016 to December 2016 and May 2010 to December 2016, respectively. Early career experience includes roles at Primetals Technologies from July 2000 to April 2010. Matheus holds an Executive MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral, a Post Graduate degree in Management of Finances from Ibmec, and a Graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from PUC Minas, with additional postgraduate education in Management of Business from Fundação Dom Cabral.
