Rajesh Dalal, MD, serves as the Medical Director at IPH Homehealth and IPH Hospice since January 2006 and as a Consulting Physician at the Wound Healing Center since July 2003. Since February 1997, Rajesh Dalal has held the role of Director at IPH Hospice Company, alongside ownership of Raj Dalal, M.D., Professional Association, established in June 1996. Additional roles include Physician at Brazosport Regional Health Systems, where responsibilities encompassed Medical Director, Chief of Medical Staff, and Vice Chief of Medical Staff since June 1996. Rajesh Dalal also served as President of the Brazoria County Medical Society from January 2011 to January 2012 and held the position of Medical Director at Plantation Nursing Home from February 2002 to February 2003. Educational qualifications include an MD in Internal Medicine from Medical College, Baroda, India, and an MD in Internal Medicine from Albert Einstein Medical College.
