Dale Bullion is an experienced professional with a strong background in quality management and plant operations within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Plant Manager at BRC Rubber & Plastics Inc since December 2018, Dale oversees a multi-shift automotive rubber component manufacturing facility. Previous roles include Director of Quality at REV Group, Inc., Operations Manager/Quality Manager at Poseidon Barge, Ltd., and Quality Manager at Tenneco, where responsibilities encompassed managing quality functions, improving processes, and enhancing customer satisfaction across various manufacturing environments. Dale also held key positions at Eaton Truck Components, Kimball International, Siemens VDO Automotive, Franklin Electric, and Philips Electronics, gaining substantial expertise in operational excellence, lean manufacturing, and quality assurance. Dale holds an MBA in Business and a BSIE in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
