John Swanson

John Swanson is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in land acquisition, development, and sales training. Since February 2013, John has served as the Principal at Swanson Realty Group and holds the position of Land Acquisition Partner for Texas at Buller River Development, starting in March 2022. As the CEO of Ana Luxury Homes, LLC since March 2010, John has been instrumental in residential development. Previous roles include Central Texas Managing Partner at Hopper Communities, Inc. and Managing Partner at Builders Advantage Group LLC, where John managed extensive sales training for a leading homebuilder. John began their career as a Sales Consultant at US Home after earning a BBA in Petroleum Land Management from The University of Texas at Austin.
