Kaitlyn Nsour

Kaitlyn Nsour, SPHR, currently serves as the Director of People & Culture at bread & Butter since January 2024. Prior to this role, Kaitlyn spent nearly a decade at Deque Systems, Inc., progressing from Human Resources Manager to Senior Manager of Human Resources between August 2014 and January 2024. Earlier experience includes a position as a Leasing Consultant at Copper Beech Townhomes and an internship in Human Resources at Airlie Center. Kaitlyn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from James Madison University, awarded in 2014.
