Glen Segrato

Glen Segrato serves as Senior Director, Managing Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Bread Financial since March 2021, overseeing regulatory and governance matters as well as functioning as Corporate Secretary for two boards. Prior to this role, Glen held the position of Executive Attorney/Bank Counsel at USAA from July 2011 to March 2021, where responsibilities included governance, regulatory compliance, and strategic management. Glen’s legal career began at Thornton & Summers, LC, followed by a tenure as Associate Counsel at Dell Technologies, and leading the Credit Card Law Department as Senior Vice President at HSBC. Glen holds a Bachelor of Science from Texas Christian University and a Juris Doctor from The University of Texas at Austin.
