Christa Helsabeck Gleason is a development professional with extensive experience in fundraising and operations within nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as the Manager of Major and Planned Gift Operations at Bread for the World since February 2023, Christa focuses on building the planned giving program and streamlining operations for major gifts. Previous roles include Development Operations Analyst and Prospect Development Coordinator at International Justice Mission, where Christa prioritized adaptability and data-driven improvements. Additional experience includes contributions as a Wine Educator at Paradise Springs Winery, Major Donors Intern at United Way Worldwide, and Development Assistant at the Michael Mosier Defeat DIPG Foundation, where Christa played a key role in successful fundraising events. Christa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government and International Relations from George Mason University and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Western Governors University.
