Chum Samnang has extensive experience in consultancy, specializing in project and program monitoring and evaluation, capacity development, and gender-related initiatives within Cambodia. Currently associated with Khmer Women’s Cooperation for Development, the focus is on revising training materials around gender and governance. Chum Samnang also contributes freelance consultancy services, supporting various organizations, including Bread for the World and CHEC, in their planning, monitoring, and evaluation efforts. Key thematic interests encompass HIV/AIDS, gender-based violence, natural resource management, sustainable agriculture, and human rights. Chum Samnang holds a Master of Arts in Development Studies from Victoria University of Wellington and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the National University of Management.
