Ahmed Alaa Elkhayat

Ahmed Alaa Elkhayat is a seasoned quality assurance professional with extensive experience in the food industry. Currently serving as District Quality Assurance Manager at Breadfast since January 2021, Ahmed has also held various positions including Senior Quality Assurance Specialist and District Quality Manager within the same organization. Concurrently, Ahmed manages projects at El-Khayat for Trading and Distribution since October 2018. In previous roles, Ahmed worked as a Quality Assurance Manager at Talabeyah and as a Food Safety Specialist at Friday Ice-Cream and Ülker, along with a brief tenure as a Quality Control Specialist at October Farma. Ahmed initiated a career in food safety with the Egyptian Organization of Standardization, gaining experience in product inspection. Ahmed holds a degree in Food Technology and Processing from Cairo University, completed in 2021.
