Jacare Hogan

Jacare Hogan is currently a BreakLine Participant at BreakLine Education, where Jacare is being prepared for a career in technology. Prior to this, Jacare served as President at HAE LLC and worked as a Contracting Officer Representative/ LOGCAP IV at the U.S. Army Contracting Command. Jacare also has experience in training Armed Forces personnel, working in postal operations, and human resources assistance. Jacare holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from Tuskegee University, as well as various certifications in Information Technology, Contract Management, Lean Six Sigma, and Contracting.
