Currently serving as an Assessment Specialist at Breakthrough Academy since December 2024, Evan previously held significant roles at REEF, where responsibilities included leading onboarding for global partnerships and driving customer success initiatives. Prior positions at Traction on Demand, DoorDash, Labatt Breweries of Canada, Mark Anthony Group, GoodLife Fitness, and financial institutions provided Evan with expertise in sales strategy, account management, and team leadership. Educational qualifications include a Psychology of Negotiation Certificate from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Commerce from Dalhousie University, complemented by an international exchange experience at Copenhagen Business School.
