Ariana Amirhakimi

Ariana joined the Breakthrough Energy team in October 2021. She is an Executive Business Administrator supporting the Vice President of Communications and the larger team.

Prior to Breakthrough Energy, Ariana spent the last five years at Hilton where she supported multiple global executives in Public Affairs, Communications, and ESG. She was involved in many special projects, events, and major global activations being led by each department. Some of her key responsibilities included managing the Hilton Political Action Committee and organizing the PAC events as well as supervising and processing grants distributed through Hilton Effect Foundation. Prior to joining Hilton, Ariana supported the CEO of Naylor Association Solutions and helped manage his day-to-day schedule and responsibilities which included partnering with major trade associations to find solutions to better help their members.

Originally from the DC Metro area, she currently lives in Northern Virginia. She loves to travel, especially to the beach, but when she’s in town she enjoys hiking, going to wineries, and attending as many Washington Capitals games as possible. Let’s go CAPS!
