Diane Gomes

Diane Gomes currently serves as the Senior Director of College Success at Breakthrough Greater Boston, leading the development and implementation of a college success program while supervising a dedicated team. Previously, Gomes worked at Uncommon Schools as an Alumni Success Coach and College Readiness Counselor, where responsibilities included managing alumni engagement, creating data tracking systems, and developing resources for college readiness. Earlier experience includes serving as School Counselor Coordinator at River Valley Technical Center, where Gomes provided individualized counseling and coordinated recruitment activities. Diane holds a Master of Science in Education, School Counseling from Monmouth University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Sacred Heart University.
