Teaching Fellow At Breakthrough Greater Boston at Breakthrough Greater Boston

Lauren Kwee is an experienced educator and researcher currently serving as a Teaching Fellow at Breakthrough Greater Boston since June 2022, where Lauren teaches physics to rising 9th-graders with an emphasis on inclusivity. Concurrently, Lauren undertakes research in Microrobotics at Harvard University’s Biology-Inspired Microrobotics Lab, under the mentorship of graduate student Andy Cohen. Lauren has also held various roles at Harvard, including Peer Tutor, Teaching Fellow for a Functional Programming Course, and Researcher in Experimental Condensed Matter Physics. Previous experiences include teaching assistance at Punahou School and an internship in Cancer Biology at the University of Hawaii Cancer Center. LaurenKwee holds a Bachelor's degree in progress from Harvard University, following a high school diploma from Punahou School.
