Christy Panlilio

Christy Panlilio is a Vice President at Breakthrough Research. Christy has over 20 years of experience in the research industry. Christy started their career at Kantar, where they were a Vice President, Quantitative Insights. Christy was responsible for deployment of Kantar Los Angeles tech innovations in this space, including real-time reporting digital dashboards, predictive modeling tools, and AI-powered offers, all tied to revenue and profit margin targets. Christy was also a Senior leadership lead for three of the West Region’s largest clients (both in size and revenue growth) across the full life span of client relationships (all historical and long-standing). Christy has been a Thought Leader in holistic brand guidance systems (tracking and advertising effectiveness) and international research, and helping to continuously innovate the Kantar offer, serving multiple offices across the West region. Christy's specialty growth area is linking cultural insights and brand purpose into brand strategy work.

Christy Panlilio has a Masters in Marketing Management from Loyola Marymount University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
