Julie Garcia

Julie Garcia is a seasoned professional in the construction industry with extensive experience in preconstruction activities, particularly in healthcare construction costing and design team integration. Currently serving as a Board Member at Breakthrough T1D since October 2018, Garcia has been an Adjunct Professor at Arizona State University since August 2017. Prior to these roles, Garcia held various positions at Kitchell from August 2004 to March 2025, progressing from Project Engineer to Vice President, with significant experience as a Senior Estimator and Preconstruction Manager. Garcia earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Arizona State University, completing studies between 1999 and 2004.
