Alan Hallmark

Alan Hallmark has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as a Field Sales Manager at both Allied Beverage Group and Breakthru Beverage Group since September 2016. Prior to these roles, Alan held positions including Assistant General Manager at Salt Creek Grille, where responsibilities included supervising over forty staff and managing operational duties. Alan also served as Assistant General Manager and Sommelier at Starr Catering Group, managing hiring and training for a similar-sized team. Previous experience includes managerial roles at Starr Restaurants, Tre Piani Restaurant and Tre Bar, and Jasna Polana, where responsibilities encompassed beverage management, staff supervision, and event coordination. Alan holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Glendale University and has additional education from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
