Mark Hayes

Mark Hayes serves as a Partner at Breakwater Strategy since January 2023 and has been a Board Member of the Hartford Symphony Orchestra since January 2008, where Mark holds roles on the Executive Committee and chairs the Governance Committee. With extensive experience in various sectors, including healthcare, insurance, and financial services, Mark held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Client Officer at Corbin Advisors from July 2019 to October 2022. Additionally, Mark has a background as a Strategic Advisor for various companies in late 2022 and accumulated experience with major organizations like Aetna, Cigna, and The Hartford from January 2008 to June 2019. Mark's academic credentials include an Executive Education from Wharton in finance, strategy, and leadership, a Master's level program from Wesleyan University, and a Bachelor's degree from Bradford College.
