James Froehlich

James Froehlich has experience in a variety of legal and research roles. James started their career as an intern at the Chambers of the Honorable Michael A. Hammer, U.S.M.J., D.N.J. in 2012 and continued as an intern at the same chambers in 2013. In 2013, they also interned at the State of New Jersey Office of the Attorney General. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Research Fellow at the Center for Policy and Research. In 2014, they joined the New York City Law Department as an Assistant Corporation Counsel and later became an Assistant Unit Chief. In 2017, they became the Chief of Staff at Breakwater Treatment & Wellness.

James Froehlich completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Anthropology at the University at Buffalo. James then attended the Institute for Shipboard Education in 2008, where they pursued a Liberal Arts program. From 2011 to 2014, James studied at Seton Hall University School of Law, ultimately earning a Juris Doctor degree.
