Gary McNorrill

Gary McNorrill has over 20 years of work experience in various roles in the finance industry. Gary currently serves as the Head of Mergers and Acquisitions at Brean Capital, LLC since May 2023. Before that, they were the Managing Director and Head of Southeast Region at Performance Trust Capital Partners from June 2019 to February 2023. Prior to that, Gary worked at Banks Street Partners, LLC, where they held the positions of President from January 2017 to June 2019, and COO & Managing Director from December 2010 to June 2019. Gary also worked as a Vice President at Edge Capital Partners, LLC from 2008 to 2011. Before transitioning to the finance industry, Gary gained experience as an Associate at J.P. Morgan from 2006 to 2008 and at Alston & Bird LLP from 2002 to 2006. Gary began their career as a Legislative Assistant for Speaker Newt Gingrich at the U.S. House of Representatives from 1994 to 1998.

Gary McNorrill completed their undergraduate education at The University of Georgia from 1991 to 1994. Gary obtained a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Political Science. Subsequently, Gary pursued further education at Emory University School of Law from 1998 to 2001, earning a Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
