Annika Samuelsson

Annika Samuelsson has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role being the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Breas Medical. Prior to this, they held various leadership positions at Mölnlycke, including People Experience Director and Director of HR Services. Additionally, Annika has held HR management roles at Wärtsilä, Saab Automobile AB, General Motors Powertrain, and ABB Ventilation Products AB. Annika'sexperience encompasses a range of HR functions, such as strategic business partnering, workforce strategy, talent management, organization design and development, and change management. Annika has also been responsible for managing HR departments, payroll, compensation and benefits, labor relations, and employee well-being.

Annika Samuelsson has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Economics from the University of Gothenburg. Annika also holds a Diploma in Pedagogics from the same university. In addition, Annika has obtained Diplomas in Sociology from Lund University. Annika has an additional certification in MBTI from Assessio.
