Graham Vigor

Graham Vigor is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in people and organisational development within the charity sector. Currently serving as the Head of People and Organisational Development at Breast Cancer Now since January 2016, Vigor has previously held significant roles at well-known national charity and Age UK, where responsibilities included implementing people plans for substantial organisational changes and leading reward and recognition strategies. Vigor's career began at Age Concern England, progressing through various HR positions, ultimately becoming the Head of Human Resources, where Vigor provided consultancy services and managed HR operations for approximately 900 staff. Vigor holds a Master's Degree in Business Studies from Middlesex University.
