Lottie Barnden is a seasoned professional in fundraising and project management, currently serving as the Head of Mass Participation Fundraising at Breast Cancer Now since November 2014, where Lottie leads the team responsible for mass participation fundraising initiatives, including the highly successful "wear it pink" campaign, which has raised over £30 million since its inception in 2002. Prior to this role, Lottie held positions such as Senior Fundraising Products Manager and Marketing and Analysis Manager within the same organization. Lottie's experience includes a tenure at PwC in project and programme management consultancy and a notable role as Project Manager for the Mending Broken Hearts Appeal at the British Heart Foundation. Earlier in Lottie's career, significant contributions were made at NSPCC in various fundraising roles and at the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons as a Human Resources Intern. Lottie holds an MSc in Public Policy from UCL and a BA in Politics and International Relations from the University of Reading.
