Gareth Burrows

Gareth Burrows is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and management. Currently serving as Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer at Breathe since May 2023, Gareth played a key role in the company's integration into the ELMO group, fostering growth in functionality and geographic expansion. Previously, Gareth held the position of Global CTO - SMB at ELMO Software from May 2021 until May 2023 and served as Chief Technical Officer at breatheHR for over a decade, focusing on aligning technological resources with product scaling and client expectations. Earlier roles include Professional Services Director at Centurion Management Systems Ltd and Fundamentals Instructor at Global Underwater Explorers. Gareth holds an MBA from the University of Surrey, alongside degrees from Stirling University and TSL.
