Grant Washington has worked in the customer experience field since 2013. Grant began their career at Men's Wearhouse as an Assistant Manager, then moved to Harper Group in 2015 as an Account Executive. In 2017, they joined Breazy, Inc. as a Customer Experience Manager, where they developed and implemented SOPs for the customer service team and recruited and trained customer experience experts. Additionally, they assisted the VP of Operations in day to day activities. That same year, they also worked as an Assistant Customer Experience Manager at Shoptiques.com.
Grant Washington obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Long Island University.
