Brian Binge has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Brian started their career in 1995 as a Coordinator for International Relations at the Akita Prefectural Government, where they handled translation, interpretation, foreign visitor relations, and event organization. In 1999, they transitioned to the hospitality industry, working as the Front Desk Manager at Breck Inn before moving up to become the General Manager. Brian then took on roles in IT, starting as a Technical Support Specialist and later becoming the IT Manager and then the Director of Information Technology at Breckenridge Grand Vacations. In 2010, they were promoted to Vice President of Technology and later also took on the role of Vice President of Technology and Strategic Projects. Additionally, since 2004, they have been volunteering as a Mission Coordinator at the Summit County Rescue Group, where they coordinate emergency response in locations inaccessible to traditional responders.

Brian Binge completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies from Kenyon College, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. In addition, they pursued a field of study in Japanese Studies at Kansai Gaidai University for the duration of 1993 to 1994. In terms of certifications, Brian obtained the Certified Hospitality Technology Professional (CHTP) certification from the Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals (HFTP) in January 2006.
