Katelyn Phelps

Katelyn Phelps is an experienced project manager currently employed at Breeden Construction since June 2022. Previous roles include Senior Project Engineer/Superintendent at Branscome Inc. from May 2021 to June 2022, and Assistant Project Manager at HITT Contracting Inc. from February 2020 to April 2021. Katelyn also held positions as Assistant Superintendent and Assistant Design Manager/Project Engineer at Lendlease between May 2018 and 2020, and completed an internship at Bonaventure Realty Group in June 2016 where responsibilities included property development, refurbishment, and marketing. Katelyn obtained a degree from Virginia Tech, graduating in 2018.
