Brittany Coles

Brittany Coles is an experienced professional in the ticketing and customer service sectors, currently serving as the Director of Ticketing & Customer Service for the Breeders’ Cup World Championships since February 2023. Previously, Brittany worked as a Venue Account Executive at The Knot Worldwide and held various roles at Spectra, including Director of Sales at Florida State University’s Donald L. Tucker Civic Center and Manager of Premium Services and Group Sales. Additionally, Brittany has experience in account management and sales with Florida State University Athletics and the Orlando Magic NBA Team. Prior to these positions, Brittany served as an Account Executive at Sinclair Broadcast Group. An alumna of Eastern Kentucky University, Brittany holds a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management with a minor in Business, and was a student-athlete in women’s basketball during their time there.
