Rob Careless

Rob Careless has a strong background in business intelligence, performance management, and strategic planning. Rob has held leadership roles in various organizations such as Breedon Group plc, Nottingham Trent University, University of Derby, Derbyshire Constabulary, and Nottinghamshire Police. Rob'sexperience includes positions such as Head of Business Intelligence & Insight, Strategic Intelligence & Planning Manager, Head of Strategic Performance, Head of Corporate Intelligence & Deputy Registrar, Deputy Head of Corporate Services, Head of Performance Delivery, and Head of Management Information.

Rob Careless completed their undergraduate studies in Sports Studies at Staffordshire University from 1993 to 1997. Later, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Operational Research & Organisational Change at Sheffield Hallam University from 2005 to 2009.
