Dr. Carlin L. Clarke

Carlin Laviolet Clarke, MCA, serves as a Facilitator for Leadership Development and Engagement at Breeze Airways™ since July 2022, focusing on leadership training, organizational learning, and performance improvement. Concurrently, Carlin has been an Adjunct Professor at Utah Valley University since 2009, where responsibilities include curriculum development, teaching, and coordinating the Flight Attendant Program. Carlin also leads a global team as a Team Leader and Wellness Advocate at doTERRA International LLC since May 2011, managing a direct sales organization across multiple countries. Prior experience includes serving as a Flight Attendant and Purser with Delta Airlines for 17 years, overseeing inflight operations and safety. Carlin is currently a PhD Candidate in Human Capital Development at The University of Southern Mississippi and holds an MCA in Commercial Aviation Management from Delta State University.
