Jan Coleman

Jan Coleman has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Jan is currently the Director of Talent at Breeze Airways™, a new airline focused on providing cost-effective travel options. Jan previously served as the Recruitment Manager at the same company. Prior to Breeze Airways™, they worked at American Airlines in various roles, including Learning Experience Operations, Program Manager, Sr. Talent Adviser, and Flight Attendant Recruitment Manager. Jan also held the position of Director at CSTI International LLC and Resource Planning Manager at DynCorp International. Their career at American Airlines began in 1988 as a Flight Attendant and lasted until 2008.

Jan Coleman earned a Bachelor of Science in Education with a major in English Language and Literature, General from Texas State University, from 1981 to 1984.
