Joe Hux

Joe Hux is an experienced aviation professional currently serving as the Regional Manager Inflight Services at Breeze Airways since August 2021, overseeing operations at five eastern region Flight Attendant bases and driving performance and engagement among staff. Prior to this role, Joe held various leadership positions at Southwest Airlines from June 1999 to October 2020, including LAX Inflight Operations Base Manager and BWI Base Manager, where responsibilities encompassed ensuring compliance with safety and service standards as well as managing recruitment and employee engagement. Joe began a career in the airline industry as a Flight Attendant and has developed a robust skill set in team leadership, training, and operational planning. Joe holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Sam Houston State University.
