J. Fitzpatrick Hagan

J. Fitzpatrick Hagan has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. J. Fitzpatrick is currently serving as the Director of Customer Operations - Advanced Support Group (ASG) at Breezeline since July 2021. Prior to that, they worked at GreenPages Technology Solutions as the Operations Desktop Support Leader from March 2020 to July 2021.

Before joining GreenPages, Hagan had a long tenure at Comcast Cable. J. Fitzpatrick held various senior leadership roles, including Senior Director of Commercial Xfinity Operations Center (XOC) from September 2017 to May 2019, Senior Director of Technical Operations - Logistics Center from September 2014 to August 2017, and Senior Director of Engineering Operations from September 2011 to August 2014. Additionally, they served as the Director of Advanced Technical Support from July 2005 to September 2011, where they established and implemented an advanced technical support desk for customer-facing technical escalations and field technician support.

Prior to Comcast, Hagan was a Senior Manager at Media One/AT&T Broadband. From February 2000 to June 2005, they developed and implemented a circuit switch provisioning center in the New England area, contributing to the growth of voice customers in the broadband industry.

Hagan began their career at Verizon Wireless, where they worked as a Group Manager of Technical Support/Executive Appeals from February 1992 to February 2000. In this role, they managed a large team of customer-facing agents and handled executive appeals for the New England region, utilizing feedback to improve the wireless network.

J. Fitzpatrick Hagan received a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in the period 1985-1989. In 2011, Hagan also obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Six Sigma Certification in the field of Mathematics and Statistics.
