John Harmon

John Harmon has extensive work experience in the technical operations field. John started their career at Charter Communications in 2008 as a Broadband Technician and later became a Technical Operations Supervisor. In this role, they were responsible for hiring, training, and supporting technicians in the Montgomery County area. After that, they worked as a Technical and Safety Trainer, where they trained new and existing employees in the Technical Operations department. In 2017, they joined Atlantic Broadband as a Technical and Safety Training Manager and later became the Director of Technical Operations. Currently, they are the Director of Technical Operations at Breezeline.

John Harmon attended TCA but their start and end year are unknown. John obtained several certifications from various institutions, including LinkedIn, The Fiber Optic Association, Inc. (FOA), SCTE/ISBE, and NCTI, Inc.
