Kaitlin Quinn is a Client Experience Representative at Breezeway. Kaitlin previously worked as a Sprinkler Service Quality Control Specialist at Encore Fire Protection from March 2018 to January 2021. Kaitlin was responsible for monitoring and invoicing all post-sales product and repairs, maintaining and growing client relationships to increase client retention and annual revenue, and analyzing and reporting on all incoming revenue to present to upper management on a daily basis. From October 2017 to March 2018, Kaitlin worked as a Media Assistant at Mercury Media. In this role, they worked closely with buyers, supervisors, and account management to ensure that various television campaigns run smoothly. Kaitlin also acted as a campaign liaison to station representatives as well as administrative support to members of the media buying team. Kaitlin has also held positions as an Event Production Intern at WGBH from May 2016 to August 2016 and as a Public Relations Manager at Bridgewater State University from September 2016 to May 2017.

Kaitlin Quinn has a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies with a Minor in Public Relations and Sociology from Bridgewater State University. Kaitlin also went to Ashland High School.
