Sandeep Swaminathan

Sandeep Swaminathan is an Partner at Bregal Sagemount, where he is focused on partnering with portfolio company management to drive accelerated growth while building operational scale. Prior to joining Bregal Sagemount, Sandeep worked at Vista Equity Partners in their operating group, where he led operational transformation of billion dollar enterprise value companies driving dramatic improvements across all facets of the business ranging from Sales to Product Management. Prior to Vista, at Sears Holdings, he was responsible for Sears’ Apparel eCommerce business as well as their Member Rewards Program. Earlier in his career, Sandeep worked at Manhattan Associates, an enterprise software company, and was responsible for their mid-market solution for the Asia Pacific region. Sandeep received an MS in Industrial Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA in Finance and Strategic Management from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
