Jill Hoost

Jill Hoost is an experienced professional in the field of sustainability and human resource management, currently serving as ESG Project Lead at Avalex since October 2023, while also participating in a traineeship as a Young Professional in Sustainability & Innovation at Breinstein. Since May 2023, Jill has been contributing as a Junior Researcher at the African Women in Agricultural Research and Development (AWARD). Past roles include E-Recruiter at Finedat Financial Scouts, HR-assistant at MakerStreet, and Recruitment Consultant at MCFLY & BROWN B.V., among others. Jill holds a Master of Science in Global Challenges for Sustainability from both Universitat de Barcelona and University of Montpellier, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
