Beth Herman

Beth Herman is the Concierge Supervisor at Brella, a position they have held for 2 years. As Health Assistant Team Leader, Beth was responsible for leading a team of 10 Health Assistants toward continually improved performance through coaching and personal development, which resulted in 10% overall productivity improvement and 5 point NPS improvement. Beth also facilitated quality assurance calibrations with the Team Leader and Managers focused on delivering consistent feedback and improving employee performance, which resulted in a 15% calibration improvement. In addition, Beth developed and implemented coaching plans for underperforming health assistants. Beth was also selected to be part of a specialized training and development team to lead new Health Assistant recruits through a concentrated probation period where their continued employment is reliant on reaching a high performance standard. As part of this team, Beth implemented and taught Accolade’s business model and process to new hire health assistant classes of up to 60 employees. Beth also customized and executed personalized coaching strategies for new hires to successfully complete the training process, which resulted in a 5% attrition improvement.

Beth Herman has a Bachelor of Arts from Penn State University in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from 2004-2008. Beth is also an Insurance Agent (Health, Property, Casualty) from the INSURANCE, PENNSYLVANIA DEPARTMENT OF.
